Mrs Moira Folland
Background - I joined Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust in March 2009 as a Medical Secretary in Trauma & Orthopaedics (Diploma AMSPAR – Association of Medical Secretaries, Practice Administrators and Receptionists). I work both in NHS and private sector for two consultants. I originally qualified as a secretary in 1974 following a 2-year course at Rubery Owen Secretarial Training College. I have held positions in commercial and legal secretarial roles prior to running my own business for 3 years between 2006 and 2009. I am married with 1 Son and 2 Daughters and enjoy gardening, holidaying and socialising with friends and family.

Mrs Lynda Lee
Background - I began working as a medical secretary in October 1983 at the General Hospital in Birmingham after having obtained my AMSPAR diploma at Solihull College. After 10 years working within Radiotherapy & Oncology, I left to work outside the health service, eventually obtaining a degree in Business and Finance in 1999, and working within a large utility company.
However, after having my son, I left to return to my first love as a medical secretary and began working at home in 2006. I am now lucky enough to work for a number of consultants with specialities ranging from orthopaedic to neurology and have been looking after Jamie Arbuthnot for over 5 years.
In my spare time, I enjoy baking, reading and walking the dog.
